(Reported) Level 423 does not scroll up

Hi, is anyone else having the issue with level 423 where when the diamonds are released the screen does not scroll up? I can't get to the point where I can see the potion bottles in order to pop them and clear the level. This is the case even when the diamonds are above what I can see on screen as the spinner turns around. Thank you.

    Yes! This level is challenging level but no problem!
    I complete this level maybe 10 more tries while the spin is working as well! 
    Let me teach you how to pass this level. 
    Firstly, you make sure to link 2 locks to unlock the gate! 



    OR better to link by horizontal rays or helpful bird. Remember! Mostly of the helpful bird destroy blockers such as flowers, honey combs and other blockers, if all of the blockers are destroyed then they will destroy the lock! ;) 



    You should have more than 17 moves left to complete next to against the spin. :)

    Next, you should link vertical rays OR the helpful birds to collect all of the bottles that the diamonds will float up and destroy the brooches. :) 

    Finally, you should have 5-7 moves left that you can link the vertical rays OR the helpful bird destroy the brooch until the peach is destroyed then it will explode all! So the diamonds will float up to necklace completed! :)

    This level is very crazy level! 
    You should get LUCKY is 2 diamonds are same area. (both are left and right to necklace) :) 
    I try this level almost 10 more tries to complete!

    If you play on mobile, it can move up to against the spin.
    If you play on PC or Facebook, it CANNOT move up to it! :(

    Is level 423 broken? I've watched the level on youtube, but when I play, it never goes up into the next layer. Just keeps going around. Is it supposed to do this?

    Level 2
    But, I destroy the locks easily, but can't get past the spin! Even if both diamonds are above the spin, they just circle back down. Never even get to the point to see the bottles! Just keeps spinning

    Level 1
    Thank you for your pointers on this. My issue is that I get the diamonds released with plenty of moves left, but the screen won't scroll up, so no matter how many special bubbles I have I am unable to reach the potions to advance the diamonds any further.

    You can see in the next picture that even when the spinner advances the diamonds above the potion/liquid the screen does not scroll up to allow me to pop the potion bottles or anything in the upper half of the level.
