Hello, I need help with level 5040, please. I can get the two diamonds to the top of the screen, however, I don't know how to continue. Is there a something hidden? The game is updated with the most recent updates.

Hello,
I need help with level 5040, please. I can get the two diamonds to the top of the screen, however, I don't know how to continue. Is there a something hidden, e.g. do I need to do something to make the chain appear? Or is this a technical bug?
The game is updated with the most recent updates. I tried reaching the support, but I never got an answer different then "check out our help center or the community" - which I already did. I don't know what to do now.
