“Oops” message is removed and the player will win the level immediately if there are impossible levels. However, if you win but the CR still considered to have lost the case, the only way is contact the support.

It is not a bug. The Windows version is much less events than the version on the phone.

You must play any 1-2 levels (no need to win) then go back to event tab to check if something changed
