Hello Tony, In regards to us sending an update file. This is not something that can do on an individual basis. The only option left is to delete and reinstall the app. Just make sure that your progress is saved before you do so. Kind regards, Johnny

Hello Bobby, I recommend checking the amount of RAM that you have available and also what else is taking up your CPU. Try closing all other programs and browser tabs when playing to see what effect this has. Thanks, Johnny

Hello, If you are playing on mobile then make sure you are logged into your Kingdom account so your progress is showing. Then on the home page in the game, click to connect to Facebook and this should synchronize your account. Kind regards, Johnny
