see my previous question - my iphone is on the list - it is up to date - I have seen responses where a file was sent to people to assist with recovering their game -- is that an option for me?

Johnny - thanks for that - but the app doesn't open that far to allow me to do that - it just says loading - the "did you know" banner comes up - then it goes back to home screen for iPhone.it did display a spin wheel in the background this morning - but it disappeared when i tapped on the screen any more ideas? -

In regards to us sending an update file. This is not something that can do on an individual basis.
The only option left is to delete and reinstall the app. Just make sure that your progress is saved before you do so.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
