Hi Rosa, It looks like maybe you were not logged in with Facebook, not syncing or were logged in with a King accout. Try logging out then logging in with the King option (orange) Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress. Hi Tage, Yes there are 2 ways to save you progress. With a Facebook account and a King account. You may have setup a King account before so try logging in with the orange button instead of Facebook. Hi Dee, You mention new email address. Where you playing with a different email on Kingdom before? If so log in with that email and change it to your new one. Once logged in with your old email click on settings in the top right then account and over write your email with your new one.
