Don't worry, we pass it back to our community manager, who has direct contacts with the people who can make changes. Unfortunately for some reason, the browser takes longer. This is why we always ask if you have access to a device or can download the windows version of the game.

Hello and welcome to the community. You are playing on Facebook I am assuming as that is the only platform that has yet to be changed. Unfortunately it takes longer to adjust on there. If you have access to a device, or the windows version of the game, you can play on there and the level has been changed π€

I would never laugh! Mr Choo is technology illiterate too and he wouldn't have a clue either! Passwords on websites when they ask for second layer protection (like a code or something to your email) is his biggest peeve. I am glad he stopped using his computer and just uses his tablet. At some point if you get anyone thatβ¦

Hi there, I heard back from one of the team with some suggestions. They said : these issues can occur when playing in incognito/private mode , or due to browser settings and even antivirus software clearing temporary files as boosters are saved locally and not on your account. We recommend not using incognito/private mode,β¦
