I've been saving up boosters to pass a hard level and today all the shovels, tractors, etc. are missing. Suggestions?

Hi there, I heard back from one of the team with some suggestions. They said :
these issues can occur when playing in incognito/private mode , or due to browser settings and even antivirus software clearing temporary files as boosters are saved locally and not on your account.
We recommend not using incognito/private mode, and avoid clearing cache or switching to different browsers or that you use the Windows app if you can.
Personally I do use the windows app, if you have windows 10/11 you can download from the store and log in and play that way. Its a lot quicker and you also have access to things like events that you do not on Facebook itself.
Appreciate the politeness and I completely agree with the non polite thoughts too π I will pass it over to our CM so that the studio are aware its still happening.
Do you automatically clear cookies every day? Sometimes that can make it happen.

On Facebook or the windows app?
If on Facebook there is an issue where they vanish for no apparant reason but because its only a few players affected, its harder for them to pin point the issue and fix it π€¨

Hiya, oh that is annoying. Are you playing on a device or Facebook?
If a device, can you log out and then back in again to see if its just partially logged you out.
