Try logging out of your King account within the app and back in to see if that helps

It looks like you are playing at the upper tier of levels, these tend to be very difficult for a few weeks until the developers ease them.

Have you gone into the settings on your device and look for the Candy Crush app in there to make sure everything is disabled? Cheers

The avatar within your game is not the same as the avatar on these forums. You can change your ingame avatar by going to your profile settings in the app. Cheers

I think I remember one level recently where you had to wait very long for a cherry to drop down. It may have been that one. Hopefully they make it a little faster soon

Have you made sure your app is up to date? Be sure to try the level a second time also..
