Have you tried playing old levels? Might help specifically to play leve 21485 again? Sometimes playing old levels will kick it back into working right.

You say your last level is 2145, but clearly you mean either 21425 or 21485. Which is it? If it's 21485, then you do have an updated version, so follow HM100's advice. But if it's 21425, perhaps it just means you need to update to the latest version.

It seems free switches are no longer available for me on the daily booster wheel.

I agree with HM100 here, it's pretty easy to finish the season pass with the Star Tournament.
