Hi this is the advice given for you to follow by our cm 💓 if you log out and back in it should refresh your picture We're working on a fix for this issue (it's a visual glitch , so no one is stealing your picture) but logging out and in should fix it in the meantime

Hi my friend it sounds like your progress is not being saved Please select the icon bottom left of your home screen then help centre there are lots of different instructions for different issues Type in the box (how do I save progress in bw3) and you will see the steps you need to follow 💓
