What is this new booster on Pepper Panic?

A new booster showed up on Pepper Panic level 225. It looks like two sides of a cube and the last one on the list to the right in the score box. Before the game starts, if you roll the cursor over  the icon, it says "Explode 15 more Peppers to charge up!" After you explode the 15 peppers, when you roll the cursor over the icon, it say "Create your own Matches! Activate, then choose a Pepper!" There is no + sign or a number on the lower right-hand corner of the icon like in the other icons.

 Is there any description on this booster? Is there a limited number I can activate? I looked on Google and at all of the Pepper Panic entries and I cannot see anything for this booster. I am on level 227 now and it is still there.

I would hate to waste it before I really need it.
