Lost game progress!
I am helping out my mother who open her favorite game today and discovered that all her progress was gone. She doesn't have Facebook and i noticed that her iPhone had updated her phone.
Could this be the reason she lost her progress? I have updated her phone many times and this has never happened, hope anybody knows how to fix this.

Is she synced with another device? if not set up a FB page (purely for a game) so it doesn't happen again.

Just been asking for you, have you saved the app on icloud, if so you could reinstall the backup. Just click settings, restore.
