I am not receiving any lives

i am being sent extra lives from my friends but I am not getting them or requests for ppl wanting lives.. The only things I am getting are magic beans.. Anyone else having this issue

Something is happening to me and it's annoying.  Is there anyone from the game that will fix this?  And combo, your link goes nowhere.
