I have a problem with helpers

I have 3 stars on level 124 which means that I have to have all 3 helpers.But when I come to level 129 two of them are grey like I haven't won themHere are the screenshots of map (3 stars on 124) and grey helpers on level 129

Hi Goran. Just to let you know that this issue is currently being looked at by our game team as it seems to be affecting a number of players. Some have played the level again (so replay 124) and the companion has appeared. Maybe this will work for you. 

We will update your question when we have some further information for you

I have replayed several of the levels several times. Sometimes it gives me access to the helpers, sometimes not. Sometimes I only have access to the helpers temporarily. I hope this issue is corrected soon, as it's making me want to abandon the game.
