Farm heroes - game freeze on purchase

I got stuck on a level 347 finally knew I could win so paid for gold to complete the level. It took the purchase and the 5 gold then took me back to my level. It then froze and didn't register any touch so I had to shut down the app. I'm still stuck on the level and it took my 5 gold! I'm really not happy now! how do I get my money back? Also can you actually contact a king member of staff?
