Why can't I receive my lives ghat are sent to me?

I am requesting lives and don't receive them. I only always receive beans. My friends sned me lives and I also don't receive those either. I have tried contacting you guys via many different ways and still no response???

This happens to me now and then. I just wanna make sure but you know that you can only have 5 lives right? Once you have 5 then anymore lives that you receive will turn into magic beans.

Why can't I access lives sent by friends? It says I have 15 messages and when I click on it there is nothing there. This is in candy crush jelly

Hi @bidder this question really belongs in the Candy Crush Jelly area of the forums. Dou you have a stable internet connection? This can be the cause sometimes.
