have a new laptop and none of the king games will load get a sad face on a gray screen. I have been playing these games a long time. whats wrong

The little sad face is normally a network or Flash player issue. Check out the video that the moderators use. It recommends using Chrome cos it has flash built in which will help you. I highly recommend it:
