Purchase did not add me items

Hi made a purchase during the valentines day promotion period. The money was taken from my credit card but the items never got added to my account. 

This had happened multiple times..but always been updated after i wrote to king via the email address in the invoice/receipt. On this occasion i got the email saying to go to king care.

Till now the items arr still not added. What can be done.
