how can i open my crown

When i am in the game on my name, and i click on my crown, the window won't open. I cannot see what i'v earned already. i'm using Google Chrome.

I would recommend trying the usual troubleshooting steps for PCs first. Clear your cache, update your Java and test another browser. King also made a really good video to help with any problems with their games:
