Can lives given by friends be made more easy?

Farm Heroes Saga makes me frustrated very much because when I ask friens for lives I only get back beans. Can the orginisers make more simple like other games please? I tried every thing, when I have less than five lives left I ask friends but I get beans. When I consume the five lives and the game ask me to ask friends for lives, I also get beans. The only time it gives me lives us when the time passes.   Please fix it to be more easy going like Candy Crush for example. Thanks

Hi Charlie, check https://care.king.com/en/farm-heroes-saga/lives-issue. For me it works too. Have you tried to play on King.com and on a mobile device? You can synchronise both with your Facebook. On PC you could try to play in another browser and clear cache.
