Hi Anat, check for updates for your mobile and apps; especially the Farm Heroes and Facebook app. Have you recently changed your Facebook password? You then need to update this on your mobile too. Disconnect from Facebook in the game and disconnect from Facebook on your mobile too. Then connect again to Facebook using your new password. On PC you can choose the option inside the game on your Facebook to play on your mobile. Your progress should be synchronised them choosing this option. If you don't see this option, then please check your Facebook settings and whether your mobile number is linked to your Facebook account. Check out the following video for help for Android.
