Level 208

Is there a video for level 208?    I am having a really hard time figuring the strategy for this one to solve.  After using 3 lives each time stops to reshuffle because there are no more matches.  What is the purpose of the water on this one??  Then with the water helping to open the flowers the game is not replenishing any carrots or apples.  There is no time to complete because I'm having to match all crops that have nothing to do with the level... I don't understand how one can pass when you're not even seeing the carrots or apples to match???  Thank you!

For level 208 I was stuck for a LONG time. Very frustrated. The only way I could pass it was to use my gold bars.
