Last Day Bonus Bug?

I have tried several time in a row now to get the final bonus award from logging in for 25 days in a row.  I even log in several times a day on the last day to try and claim it.  At 5pm my time it resets and this is not fair. I have sent an email to your so-called "support" and get an automated response in turn it sends me here.

Please help me "Support", "Customer Service", "Game Masters", "moderators" or whoever.
