I purchased the special you have and I am not getting what I am supposed to

I purchases your current special and was supposed to get 24 hours of life instead I only got 2 hours of life I purchased this twice and only got 2 hours both times why?

There were a few different packages I think, so one had 24 hours unlimited lives and then the other had 2 hours. Make sure you purchased the 24 hour one, it was probably the most expensive one by the sounds of it.
