Have you noticed the new Chat option?

I would like to say that I very much appreciate the new option to chat with a rep. This helps me feel heard instead of thinking I am just sending emails off to be ignored. Thank you King for the option to chat with a live person!

HeatherA, On my laptop there is a chat box available in the lower right of my screen. I am not sure how to access it on other devices.
