I paid for unlimited lives for 2 hours and didn't get them

I bought the offered bonus of gold bars and unlimited lives for two hours. Although Facebook said the money had been paid the number of lives I had didn't change, so I bought it again thinking it hadn't worked. I've now paid twice for this and did get the gold bars, but not the lives. I've just signed back in to the game and it now tells me I have 49 minutes of unlimited lives, so because it didn't update properly I've lost over 3 hours of play.
