Logging in and out of Farm Heroes on Iphone 5s

When I log out of Farm Heroes and then try to log back in on my Iphone 5s, the screen blinks and goes back to my home page on the phone.  When I try to log back in by clicking on the Farm Heroes app, it shows the app loading, then the screen blinks and goes to the home page.  The only way to play the game again is to delete the app off my phone and reinstall the app.  When I do this, my progress is not lost, but all my boosters are gone.  Why is this happening, and what can I do to prevent it from keep happening??  It doesn't happen every time I log out, it is random when it occurs.  I almost don't want to log out at all so this doesn't keep occurring, but there should be an explanation and a fix for this.  Please help!!

This did not help at all.  Still have the same issue.  I just had to delete and reinstall the game on the Iphone 5s.  Lost all my boosters that I had, even ones i had earned, very frustrating
