Farm Heroes continues to crash on my iphone 5s

After logging out of Farm Heroes on my Iphone 5s, the game will crash when trying to log back on.  This requires having to delete the game on my phone and reinstall it.  That is fine, but every time I do that, any boosters that I had, i.e. tractors, lives, all revert back to 0.  That means I have lost all my extra boosters that I won by playing the carrot challenge, or the spider challenge, etc.  Why does this keep happening????  Anyone else having this issue, and if so, what resolved it, if any?
