Is there any way to win Spidey level 9?

I played levels 1-8 in one sitting BUT I've been playing level 9 for the past 3 days whenever possible with NO success - I can get the spider to the fourth corner with like 5 moves left but never have gotten it free n also the numbers of proposed are wayyy short of the goal - why give a"bonus round" if u don't design it to be won!?
