when i open the level i can see 3 stars than mean i complete this level in efficient way but when i try to open another level need the animals that i caught in level 495 and 692 i see it hidden and i could not use it this make me feeling disappoint sometimes now i in level 766 and i need the (wild boar) that i caught it previously but i can use it

It seems the solution is to play the level again unfortunately.
