Cannot get Farm Heroes Saga to load. Any suggestions?

Farm Heroes Saga will not load on Facebook or King.com. I have followed all steps required. My computer has been updated as requested. I love to play this game. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Just to make sure you have followed all required steps;

clear cache and restart your PC.

As a browser, try Google Chrome. That's my favourite when playing games and it's pretty smooth. Make sure you keep other programs and tabs closed while playing.
