I've passed several levels with the reward showing as 0. Why am I not getting beans!

I've passed several levels and my reward showed as 0. I am not receiving the beans for winning. Why is this and what can be done?

Hi lin22all- How long have you been having this problem for? Have you tried the usual PC troubleshooting, checking everything is up to date and trying the game on another browser? 

If none of this works could you upload a screenshot? Is anyone else here having the same problem?
