Im on level 304 using an ipad 4 and cant finish the level

recently the crop generator in the top right corner stopped working. Its ok for the first few moves and then 3 dots appear and it stops. I have tried all 3 and the same result. I have removed the game and reinstalled with the same result.

Im finding it very difficult to complete the level without that help. I cant seem to find where to write King tech support as they simply advise me to write hear.

Did you check for updates for your tablet and apps? Do a restart to.
