How come I can't receive lives from my other account?

My account I'm on right now is on my iPad. My other account is on my android phone. Can someone help me? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change.

It doesn't work like that I'm sorry. Whichever device you accept the lives on, they will only be available on that device. There is no way to transfer them over. So if you want them on your android, then open the game and accept them there.
