How do I transfer my Farm Heroes Saga status from Android phone to iPad device?

I am on Farm Heroes Saga level 405 on an old Atrix phone and my phone is taking a dive. I want to transfer my status to an iPad.

You'll have to connect your game to Facebook or Kingdom on King.com in order for you to store your progress on a server. Once stored you can connect to which ever one you chose on your new device and your progress will be synced to it!
