Game Crashes

I'm on level 414 of Farm Heroes and I keep getting the pop up of.. something went wrong please reload the game. this has happened at least 10 times to me today, I've lost all the gifts friends have given me when this happens. I've gone and reloaded the game, cleared my history and cache even reloaded my computer and it's still happening so i know it's not on my end. please fix!
