Can someone please tell me why the bulls in Farm Heroes don't move like the instructions?

I've followed all the videos, suggestions, etc but nothing is working they just go whatever way they want. Beyond frustrated!!

Hey Mel- I know that the Bulls in Farm Heroes are often a topic of discussion. You need to match Cropsies next to a Bull to make it charge in that direction. Check out the official King video on how best to handle the Bulls!
