Level 319 Freezes once all the carrots are full for reindeer to add to board

You are supposed to collect 10 flowers and 80 raindrops, as the carrots are taken from board they accumulate and the reindeer throws out extras once the meter is filled.  At that point there is an error occured message and reload, it happens each time you get to that point.  Did not in prior levels.
