It would be really useful if you could say what you device play on, the browser you use and the steps you've taken so far as it's hard to give specific advice without knowing this.

Sorry. I am trying to play on my Macbook. I have tried it on both Firefox and Safari. I have checked all of the things that the site recommended - emptying cache, cleaning up cookies, updating Adobe Flashplayer, resetting my browser, restarting the computer. I've tried playing both through Facebook and on King.com. It always freezes at 68%.
