I usually play farm heros on my phone. When i log into my desk top at home the levels are different

My phone and desk top are not syncing what level I am at even though they are both connected to facebook.  On my phone I am 9 levels higher.  How do I get it to sync up?

Hey Joy, I'm not sure what tablet you have but I recommend following the steps in the video below. These steps have worked for me before. If you have an iPad there is a video for this in the menu on the right.
