Email accidentally changed and linked to another facebook account, how can I retrieve my progress

I have game registered under my email. It was accidentally changed to another email and connected to associated facebook account, as my friend was trying to play the game on my iPad. Now my game level is synchronized with my friend's progress. Now I cannot change the email back and cannot retrieve my game progress either. Do not know why my registered email becomes a new account. I've played long and reached level 1161 as of this morning. Anyone can help?

It's because the game reads the progress from whichever account gets connected and then it will only progress from there so I'm sorry but there isn't much you can do. I've seen a lot of similar posts on here and I think once its been connected then that's it sorry.
