Why are these games freezing up, my other games don't? I'm on a laptop. Please help. Thanks!

Takes awhile to load, then when your playing it completely freezes up. I've lost so many lives and bonus's, this is why I quit playing your games. I like almost all of them, but this is a pain to play. I guess it's quitting time again. I hate this because I do like playing some of them, but this isn't playing. Help please, I even changed browsers to see if that would help.

What laptop are you using?

Clear cache on your laptop and restart your laptop too.

Make sure you close all tabs and other programs when playing. My favorite browser is Google Chrome.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the cool thing about this, is that you can download Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga, Candy Crush Jelly Saga and Papa Pear Saga as apps from the Windows Store on your laptop!

You can also play them on Facebook if you prefer, and another option is to play your favorite games on king.com too.

So basically, if you have Windows 10 you have those three options and honestly for me, all three work fine.
