Why can't i access my boosters?

For over two weeks now I cannot access my boosters and the game says they would recharge in about 400 hours. Please help.

Have you changed the time on your mobile at all? The game clock is linked so this could be the reason. 

Other than this I would say to delete the game to see if that helps (if you don't mind losing your boosters that is)
