I have a new I pad. Can't get lives from my friends for candy crush ot farm heroes.  I took off Facebook and put back on like they suggested but that didn't work.  Please help

For that reason stop using some devices like tablets because I lost my moves extra and extra lives sent my other good contacts lucky if someone else knows the answer welcome
