Why am I not getting the goodies when I play the special levels?

I want to know that when I play the special levels where if you pass a level you get some boosters, I've done quite a few of them but I do not get any of the boosters so like to get extra tractor,or the cat to collect all the fruit etc in farm heroes? This has been happening for the past 3 months! This never happens before?

Are you talking about the daily bonus or a promotion in the game, I'm not quite sure. 

If you're on a mobile, try logging in and out of facebook/kingdom to see if this helps.
