Perhaps this will encourage you to be less inclined to waste your money so frivolously? If you insist on giving it away then I suggest that you obtain a paypal account which does not require use of a credit card at all.

Unfortunately the payment method by phone is no longer supported.

Instead I suggest you use Facebook Game Card which can be bought in most stores.

At least you don't pay any fees when paying with a credit or a debit card. Many other payment options come with a fee charged by the provider of that payment option.
