Farm heroes shuts off

When I try to play the claim your crown bonus game, the whole game shuts off. I have tried turning off my ipad, & deleting the game & reloading it. It is still happening. What can I do?

Which iPad version do you use for the game?

There are certain older versions of the iPad that are no longer compatible with the game.
