How to avoid internet problems and disconnections?

Here are some tips to solve these problems:

1.Disconnect and connect again the server you use.

2.If you want to use your proxy server for your LAN,contact your service provider to make sure the proxy server is working or disable "Use proxy server for your LAN" on your browser's settings.

3.Reload the game by simply pressing the F5 on your computer's keyboard.

4.If you using older version of Adobe Flash Player,update now by clicking here.
