Why are my gold bars disappearing in farm heroes saga

I downloaded farm heroes super saga. I received 50 gold bars which gave me a total of 58. I haven't used any of them in the game but now have only 22. Where did they go?

    I have checked your game account:

    29 Jun, 03:31:35 CET: received 50 gold bars for downloading Farm Heroes Super Saga 

    29 Jun, 14:46:27 CET: bought 6x Egg Cracker Booster for 27 gold bars

    03 Jul, 15:49:00 CET: bought Amelia Airdrop Booster for 9 gold bars

    All transactions are from the same Android mobile device.

    Please make sure no one else is playing from your game account. Also I suggest that you change your password on your mobile device.

    Can you please explain what do you mean by "Gold Bars not showing"?

    Were you supposed to win from an event OR are you not able to find your Gold Bars that are available in the game?

    Also, can you please provide a screenshot if you cannot see the Gold Bars in your game?

    To post the screenshot, select the 2nd icon located in the open dialogue box provided below.

    shows 0 Gold Bars.

    Yes. Coz u use ur gold bars already ... see above post.. change ur password if other ppl can use ur acct

    @stan1981 it is not babsfoy that started this thread. And the original post and first answer are from july 2016.

    So someone in charge has to take a look on babsfoy account to see if something are wrong.

    Thank you for posting the screenshot. But, I need to know other details I have asked before.

    1) Were you supposed to receive some Gold Bars after winning an event?

    2) Did you purchase some Gold Bars, but they have not showed up in your game?

    3) OR the Gold bars that you have in your game are missing?

    Can you please explain which issue it is? So that, I can direct you to proper assistance?
